1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit), checks or cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
If the need arises, you may visit the website below to become pre-approved for Care Credit. We accept their 6 month No-Interest Payment Plan or their Extended Payment Plans (Extended Plans require a balance over $1000).
